About me
My name is Alfonso, and I bring over 25 years of experience as a managing director across diverse sectors, including retail, hospitality, and manufacturing within the West Midlands. In addition to this, I possess more than a decade of expertise in private sector roles, primarily in sales and management.
I have also dedicated two years as a voluntary business advisor for the Prince’s Trust, supporting entrepreneurs in achieving their goals. Most recently, I spent eight years in the civil service, including two years as a tax specialist with HMRC and six years in various roles at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), serving the local community through the jobcentre.
I recently transitioned from my role at the DWP to pursue my passion for empowering individuals and businesses to succeed together.
